CORTEX RT4-5 gc GSM/SMS/GPRS alarm transmitter
GSM transmitter CORTEX RT4-5 gc is designed for collecting information on guarded object, processing and transmitting it to the central alarm receiver and/or to 4 registered users via GSM network.
The main feature of CORTEX RT4-5 gc is the ability to transmit the information using both SMS and GPRS channels. That allows to control guarded object online.
An important feature of CORTEX RT4-5 gc/id is availability of the built-in Contact-ID communicator, which allows you to connect transmitter to many of the most popular control panels.
Moreover CORTEX RT4-5 gc controls its power supply and transmits information about its decrease below critical level and about 220V power supply failure to the central alarm receiver.
Device features:
- Ability to transmit information through both SMS-messaging, and through GPRS channel;
- Recording of the event log into nonvolatile memory (up to 63 events);
- RS-232 port for device parameter programming;
- GSM-modem status indication;
- Power supply and data transmitting mode indication;
- 1 input for zone control;
- Status control input (armed/disarmed);
- 220V power supply control input;
- 2 general purpose outputs for external device connection;
- 2 switchable inputs/ PGM outputs, programmed by user;
- COM-port for connection of interface modules and for reading information from control panels;
- Built-in communication interface that allows to acquire information from control panel in Contact-ID format;
- Information sending to a mobile phone (up to 4 users support);
- Two switchable message modes: «user» and «modem»;
- Possibility of periodical channel test: from 1 to 255 hours.
All device outputs are created by using «open collector» scheme and designed for load current up to 1А and voltage on the closed output up to 15V.
Device inputs are arranged in the following way:
- 220V power supply control input strictly loaded to «+» (reacts on «0»/«break» signals), doesn't depend on module status.
- Alarm inputs can be loaded both on «0» and on «+», selection is made by using jumpers;
- All alarm inputs (1-3) are active every 24 hours by default;
- RS-232 port has standard levels and designed for work with cable up to 30m;
- Configuration of the CORTEX RT4-5 gc/id object device allows to connect most popular control panels that support Contact-ID format, e.g. "Matrix_6" by "Pyronix" company, "Spectra" and "Esprit" panels by "Paradox" company as well as "DSC" and others;
- Control panels made by "CORTEX" and "Rovalant" companies can be connected directly to the object device;
