Retransmission system
Retransmission system provides information collection
from object devices (CORTEX RT4-5xx) and its further transmission to the central alarm
receiver or any other repeater via one or several information channels.
Retransmission system can perform both in Simplex (CORTEX RP4000s) and Duplex (CORTEX RP4000dm)
modes. Maximal number of repeaters in one network is 255.
There are 2 types of repeaters at present moment:
- repeaters, designed to transmit messages directly to the central alarm receiver;
- repeaters, designed to transmit messages to the central alarm receiver via other repeaters.
The structure of repeaters can be created using three methods:
- "Star";
- "Beam";
- "Combined".
